All services that have been rendered are not refundable. Any services not yet rendered are refunded on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for information.

Printing/Products Purchased
If items received are damaged or incorrect (by no fault of your own), you can either return your order for a full refund or we can replace it. We must receive notification of damage/errors within 2 business days after you receive your finished products.
